General Information

Overseas participants are required to hold a valid passport for entry into the country. Whether an entry visa is required depends on the participant's nationality.

Deadline for Visa Support and Invitation Letter Request

Please note that processing an official government-issued invitation letter and delivering the original hardcopy to applicants require sufficient time. Therefore, new requests for Visa support and invitation letters will NOT be accepted after midnight (JST) April 15, 2026.

We strongly recommend submitting your request form well ahead of the deadline, even if your travel arrangements are not yet fully finalized.
